Refund policy
Returns
All stock items will incur a restocking fee of 10% and must be in original condition and packaging and returned within 7 days. Customised goods/orders can not be cancelled/returned once order is placed unless written permission is received from Countrywide Heaters.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it with all packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All returns must be to 6 Piper Street, Kyneton and freight cost is responsibility of client unless alternative arrangements are agreed upon.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. No claims for product damage will be accepted after 24 hours of delivery being accepted.
Warranty Claims:
All warranty claims must be accompanied with Proof of Purchase and Photos and will be assessed by the Manufacturer of Goods. Please note: Warranty does not include freight/service call charges that maybe incurred by facilitating Warranty Claim.
